The In-home Demonstration Program is available to Granite Audio customers in areas where we have not yet established a stocking dealer with a showroom. The program is quite simple. The customer pays for the product and shipping costs and keeps the product for up to 30 days to audition it. At the end of the 30 days you may keep the product or return it for a refund minus the shipping costs and any credit card discount fee if you paid by card. The typical credit card fee is only 3% to 5%. See below for estimated insured shipping expenses.
This is a "no explanation needed" type of program. If you purchase a qualified product you don't need to make up a reason for your return. You only need to return the product in the same condition you received it and with all packing materials etc. You will need to contact your dealer or the factory to get an RMA Authorization Number to put on the return shipping label.
This program is a huge success with our audiophile customers. Since we started this program in 1998, over 98% of our great customers who tried in-home auditions of our fine handcrafted products ended up keeping them. Then, over 66% of them bought more Granite Audio quality products. I usually get a call within 48 hours from our enthusiastic audiophiles stating, "I don't need 30 days. I'm keeping them."
With this great program you only risk the freight charges.
This program applies to New-In-Box product as well as demo pieces we may have. We cannot offer this program on custom pieces or special order colors. The program is limited to availability and may vary depending on the dealer you order from. So, please ask about the details for the specific product you're interested in.
